Colin brings many years of senior leadership and management experience to his coaching practice, (www.lewisfields.com) from being the CEO of a stock listed technology company, director in a major engineering conglomerate, senior advisor in a global financial company and director of an energy sector company. His experience helps clients improve performance through a focus on their professional and personal goals. Colin believes that achievement of outstanding results within organisations are often based on personal development and as such personal development through Executive Coaching has a marked effect on the bottom line.

He coaches senior managers and star talent, as well as corporate teams and boards. Coaching sessions are aimed at helping the client achieve step-by-step changes in attitude, skills and knowledge to enhance business performance and commitment.
